A teacher in Queens, NY is in hot water for using inappropriate language and gestures during "sex education" classes. Students complained that he would grab his private areas, use vulgar language and look at female students in a manner than made them feel uncomfortable. Thankfully he is banned from NY public schools.
Unfortunately, sick individuals like this take advantage of the existence of so-called "sex ed" classes. These classes have always had its shares of controversy. Parents should be alert to what their kids are learning in school and how they are being taught. Sex ed is not mandatory and parents can have their kids walk out of them.
Moreover, parents should keep an eye on any adult who focuses too much attention on their child(ren). Another NY teacher, Rafael Sosa is also being accused of sexual misconduct. This individual would offer his private time to teach a female minor. During that time, it is believed that he would take advantage of the minor according to reports.
