Catch the Wolf

As you may know, there are a few troll accounts who have taken on the task to post lies about me. Instead of engaging them in arguments, I ask my readers and supporters to report these people to Twitter, Blogger, Wordpress and the Police.  

In light of the United Kingdom's Malicious Communications Act, I decided to proceed with the matter legally.  I contacted Kent Police in regards to Twitter account Ellif_dwulfe asking how to pursue further action.  I have also contacted the police in the area of "Rosa Rubicondior" regarding her abuse and slander.

Please flood Kent police with your concerns over this abusive person Ellif_DWulfe.  Abusive cowards should not be free to use services such as blogs, Twitter, Facebook in order to post defamatory and libelous content.  Let's stop this:

I have never met this person nor know of him.  He
insists on posting libelous posts on me in an attempt
to discredit me and bring upon me doubt from others who
befriend me online.

In light of this abuse, I would like Kent police to do
an investigation on this person.  I would like to
pursue this matter further.  However, I am not in your
nation so you would have to provide details as to how I
can proceed with charges as this individual is clearly
engaging in abuse, defamation, libel and cyber
bullying.  I hope to receive a response to this email,

UPDATE November 10, 2014 - An official from Kent's police department contacted me today and informed me on what to do to proceed with this case against this abusive person.  I plan to follow through to the best of my ability in order to stop this person and any other who use the internet to slander and abuse others.  In the mean time, please continue to contact Kent police and document for me any mention of "Sacerdotus" that is done in order to defame, harass and abuse my character.

As you may know, I was responsible for twitter atheist troll @rosarubicondior's week long suspension.

Rosie was suspended in June 2013 and briefly came back. (By Twitter's softer suspension where they ask you to accept terms and enter characters in a captcha)  He did not adhere to the rules then and was suspended again on July 23, 2013 for violating twitter's rules: abuse, harassment, posting someone's information in tweets and spam.

Some of his friends have denied my involvement, but thanks to my video on You Tube (click here) and Rosie's questionable cognition skills, he made it easier by posting his own screen shot:

For those still in denial that it was me who took Rosie down, take a look at the support employee's name, date and time of the email.  You will notice that they are identical in both Rosie's screen capture and my own.

Moreover, if any questions arise in regards to photoshoping etc, my You Tube has the video of me opening the email showing that I did not tamper with the image.

Now, Rosie out of desperation complained to Twitter to be restored and after this humiliation and promise to abide by Twitter's rules, Twitter reinstated his account.

I and others are currently protesting this decision, so his fans should not get caught up a celebratory state.  Messaging me with his screen name also does not help him because I already told Twitter this would happen.   
EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED.

Twitter reassured me that they are monitoring Rosie and if he continues with his abuse, to inform them immediately.  See the screen capture here:

I ask all Catholics, Protestants, Muslims and others who have faced Rosie's abuse to please continue reporting any violations that Rosie and his supporters tweet, including retweets and quoted tweets. 

Also report any links to Rosie's blog post defaming me and the child named Manuel.  

Report any tweets mentioning @sacerdotus, sacerdotus, sac, or any variation as well as the name of the child and any variation of it; "Manuel" or "Manny."  

Remember, twitter is asking for this information, so please provide it.  Together we can end this abusive behavior.  


Let me be clear that I am not asking to censor atheists.  They are free to visit my blog and post comments as long as it's free from vulgarity and ad hominem.  What concerns me is the abuse, posting of a minor's information and the harassment.  Twitter is NOT the venue for defamation of character, cyber bullying, or any abuse/harassment of any kind.  It's okay to disagree on issues, but not okay to take it personal to the point Rosie has.  

Child Abuser Rosa Rubicondior

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.  Unfortunately, a deranged twitter user is abusing a child and must be stopped.  

After atheist Rosa Rubicondior's embarrassing failure in debating me.  Rosa has stooped to a low which demonstrates this individual's mental instability.

Rosa out of spite began to search the internet for my twitter and came across a profile of a young secondary school age kid named "Manuel."  The kid happened to use the "chi rho" image as his avatar for whatever reason.  I happened to use a similar image showing my faith in Christ and Rosa reasoned that this child was me.

Crazy right?

Rosa then proceeded to Google for "Manuel" and came across an article regarding an individual with the same name entering the Franciscans.  Once again, Rosa reasoned that this person was me as well.  Rosa then linked both sources and began to claim that these individuals were me.

Neither of these are me!  I have never attended a seminary in New York State nor have belonged to a religious order.  You can contact the schools and seminaries Rosa mentions and verify this for yourself.   

I'm a grown adult and have had my share of insults directed at me; however, Rosa's abuse of this child has gone too far.

It is not right to pick a random kid off the internet, disparage, abuse him and post his information for all to see just because someone else got you mad.

It is also illegal.  In today's cyber world where people use the internet to stalk others, it is illegal to post private information without consent; not only of an adult, but especially of minors.

In the United States, there have been many cases where others have posted the information of another out of spite.  Take the case of this lady whose information was posted on craigslist. (http://www.daily-chronicle.com/2011/06/22/man-charged-with-posting-womans-info-on-craigslist/a6xxubs/)

There are also other cases similar to this one, even of an adult neighbor posting a girl's information on facebook.  This lady was arrested and charged.

A simple Google search will bring up hundreds of cases where individuals were arrested and charged.

By posting Manuel's information online, Rosa Rubicondior is committing a crime and offense against a minor.

I invite you reading this to report Rosa Rubicondior to the authorities as a child abuser. 
Please contact me and I will inform you as to how to go about making a report or see the image above.

Your report can be anonymous.   

It is not fair that this child and his family have to go through these attacks from this child abuser. 

Letter to UK Officials regarding Rubicondior

Below is the letter sent to the UK embassy in regards to the individual who goes under the parody alias "Rosa Rubicondior." The minor she abuses on her blog and twitter account finally saw my warnings and her tweets and took action. I have blocked the name out of respect for privacy.

 There is an individual who goes by the name "Rosa Rubicondior" who is harassing and bullying me on blogger and Twitter. This individual is disparaging and defaming me in an attempt to attack someone out of mistaken identity. In this person's blog comments, the person posts my name, school and defames me: http://rosarubicondior.blogspot.com/2012/09/no-requiem-for-dead-gods.html On twitter, a search for @rosarubicondior and ****** will show the tweet messages in which she attacks and defames me. I do not know who this person is. 

Again, the person seems to be confusing me with another person. I am concerned. It is embarrassing having my family and friends inquire as to why this individual is attacking me on the internet. Based on the blog and twitter account, I understand this individual to reside in England. What can I do to report this individual in your nation? It is scary to think that anyone can do this. I reported this to twitter and am waiting for a response and will be making a report to the blogger site. 

 I am a very private person and do not appreciate my name and other information which cannot be found in a search engine broadcast on social sites in an attempt to defame me - and out of mistaken identity for that matter. Any information or action will be truly appreciated.

Rosa Rubicondior Has Lost It

@Rosarubicondior has hit a new stage of insanity.  Apparently I got the best of her.

After many attempts to attach me to multiple Twitter accounts, now she is claiming I am some person she mentions on her blog comments.

If that is not bad enough, she defames this individual thinking this individual is me!   Poor thing, she has lost her mind.  She also attacks the people of the Bronx by claiming they are illiterate.  

Her paranoia and frustration are visible to all and all can see that she is just comic relief on Twitter.  She makes a mockery of rationalism and atheism.  Anyone who praises her is cut out of the same cookie cutter of delusion.

She is obviously mentally disturbed and even made a parody account of herself in which she says this of herself:

It is wrong for Rosa to mention random people and claim they are me.  She should respect the privacy of others.

A search of Sacerdotus and the name she mentions produces no links showing correlation, so I have no idea how she got this person's name and information, and why this particular individual.

Nevertheless, I made a report to Google and am inviting readers to do the same.  It is wrong to post someone's name, information and defame that someone when that someone is not the intended target.

This person is being defamed on Rosa's blog and probably does not know of it.

She is posting someone's information on her blog who is obviously not her intended target (me).  This person's information cannot be found on Google, so one must wonder where Rosa Rubicondior got this information from.  It is cyber bullying, defamation of character and invasion of privacy.
