Pro-Abortion NARAL Attacks 'Doritos' Over Fetus

Those of you who identify as 'pro-life' may have experience this just as I have. Whether online or offline, you get bombarded by radical feminists or others who call themselves 'pro choice.'  They use all kinds of crazy and irrational arguments in order to defend abortion.  One such argument is the claim that fetuses, embryos, zygotes are not human.  It is a strange argument just for the mere fact that human females gestate human offspring.  A human does not become a 'human' at birth.  He/she is human from conception with his/her own DNA, gender and blood type.  Perhaps they should read my post: http://www.sacerdotus.com/2011/10/prochoice-debunked.html.

Well, during the Superbowl the abortion group NARAL tweeted this tweet attacking the cheesy snack maker 'Doritos' over a commercial which aired showing a pregnant woman with and over active unborn child in the womb.

The tweet is just unbelievable and hopefully exposes to the world the extremist and ignorant views of the pro-choice/pro-abortion movement which denies scientific facts in favor of sophism which they create in order to push the narrative of abortion.

See the commercial:

They had no problem with humanizing dogs...

Twitter users gave them a piece of their minds:

Reporters Who Exposed Planned Parenthood's Fetal Parts Business Indicted

I am sure you have heard the saying, "payback is a b....."  Well, this seems to be the case now with David Daleiden and his fellow reporter who were both indicted on felony charges and are facing up to 20 years in prison. Their crime?  Secretly recording Planned Parenthood employees speaking about selling fetal tissue, creating false ID, fake company and buying fetal tissue.  The Pro-Life community is up at arms over this.  Moreover, the prosecutor involved is on the board of Planned Parenthood. Requests for her and her office to recuse themselves from the case went on deaf ears.  It seems clear that the charges are in retaliation to the attention given to Planned Parenthood over the videos and the Congressional hearings that followed.

Lawyer for Daleiden describes the charges without substance.  They are most likely an attempt to intimidate David and the Pro-Life movement.  It is scary to think that investigative reporting may become illegal if these charges go through. The charges are an attack against journalism.  In many instances, this sort of investigative journalism was used to discover scams and other problems in government and private companies.  Moreover, what is troubling is that Planned Parenthood got scott free from their illegal sale of fetal tissue. Their supporters claim that the organization did nothing wrong, but this prosecutor claims David bought fetal tissue, which is illegal.  The question is: If Planned Parenthood sold no tissue, then how did David buy it from them?

We need to pay close attention to this case as it affects us in many ways, not just in the pro-life movement.  Throughout the nation, minorities have complained that prosecutors have let cops free after hard evidence has been presented that they did not follow proper procedure and a life was taken. If prosecutors can easily set up a case in favor of their bias, then justice cannot exist.

Here are some tweets on the issue:

Archbishop Blase Cupich, Abortion & Social Justice

New Archbishop of Chicago, Blase Cupich has upset some Catholics with an op-ed in the Chicago Tribune.  In the article, the archbishop attacks Planned Parenthood and the idea of crushing a child's skull in order to sell them as valuable parts as he should.

However, this is not what is causing an uproar on social media, especially among Catholics who identify as "conservative" and are known for passing judgments against clergy who emphasize social justice. This is what the archbishop wrote that is stirring reactionists:

"We should be no less appalled by the indifference toward the thousands of people who die daily for lack of decent medical care; who are denied rights by a broken immigration system and by racism; who suffer in hunger, joblessness and want; who pay the price of violence in gun-saturated neighborhoods; or who are executed by the state in the name of justice."  - http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-blase-cupich-abortion-planned-parenthood-perspec-0804-20150803-story.html

As you have read, the archbishop links the atrocities of fetal trafficking with other social injustices, ie: unemployment, lack of medical care, a broken immigration system, racism etc.  The moral equivalency is present.  There is no doubt about this. However, what is he really trying to express?  Is he downplaying the atrocities mentioned in the leaked Planned Parenthood videos as some Catholic reactionaries allude to?  I think not.

What I see here is the archbishop calling our attention to other social ills that also attack human life in different ways. Pro-life advocates are often mocked by those who support abortion who identify under the moniker "Pro-choice."  The latter criticize the hypocrisy of fighting for "pro-life" values while at the same time supporting the death penalty, guns, anti-immigration policies and not speaking out against other abuses related to human life such as poverty, lack of education and so on. Name calling generally comes into play with terms applied to pro-life advocates describing them as having a "Fetus Fetish."

See some Tweets here highlighting this name calling and the alleged discrepancies of those who are "pro-life:"

In light of these tweets, one can see why we in the pro-life movement must focus on all things related to human life and not solely abortion.  By doing this, we lend credibility to the main motive behind the movement: the dignity of all human life.  Granted, nothing can compare to the crushing of unborn children's skulls in regards to other social issues; however, the latter are not less important and must be focused upon as well as they too attack human life in a variety of ways. I believe this is what archbishop Cupich was trying to convey in his op-ed.

Moreover, as Church, we must not focus too much on issues such as abortion, same-sex marriage and so forth as if the Church exists solely to address social issues.  Our Church exists to preach the Gospel of Christ.  We are not called to be activists or protestors like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson who only appear when it suits their interests. These gentlemen claim to support civil rights and show up whenever an African American is shot by a police officer but are a no-show in areas where black on black violence is rampant.  We must not be like them.  Rather, we are called to spread the love of Christ to all, in every place and in every time; to remind all of God's mercy and what He wills for each one of us.

Pope Francis had this to say in an interview he gave:

"We cannot insist only on issues related to abortion, gay marriage and the use of contraceptive methods. The teaching of the church is clear, and I am a son of the church, but it is not necessary to talk about these issues all the time."
http://www.americamagazine.org/pope-interview

Some Catholic reactionaries were quick to criticize the Pope for those words; however, had they done their homework, they would have known that his predecessor, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI who was viewed as the "staunch conservative" Cardinal Ratzinger, aka "God's rottweiler" also said something similar.  Pope Francis simply echoed his works by reaffirming the Church's priority.

https://w2.vatican.va/content/benedict-xvi/en/speeches/2006/november/documents/hf_ben-xvi_spe_20061109_concl-swiss-bishops.html

In closing, we must not be quick to attack our bishops and should first try to understand their intentions.  No true Catholic bishop would promote the idea that abortion is less evil than unemployment, racism and so forth. No true Catholic bishop would have his flock downplay the selling of fetal parts.  This would be absurd. A true Catholic bishop would call us to respect and aid all human life: born and unborn; in every state of being and circumstance.

The moniker "pro-life" does not make sense if it only applies to issues related to abortion. If we are "pro-life" then we must fight for the rights of all human beings, born and unborn.  We must secure a world where everyone has fair access to the world's wealth and goods so there is no need for contraception; a secure world that has access to education, equal treatment regardless of race, gender, ability, disability, or sexual preference, legal immigration status, dignified work, crime-free neighborhoods, and health care. This is what it means to be "Pro-life."

Planned Parenthood Fetus Trafficking

Planned Parenthood has been trending since yesterday not for "women's rights," but for selling fetal body parts.  Yes, you read that right.  Planned Parenthood has been profiting from fetal body part trafficking by using partial birth abortion, which is legal, as means to obtain the parts. Dr. Deborah Nucatola, a senior director of medical services at Planned Parenthood since February of 2009 is showed on video admitting to this crime.  The video was recorded secretly and was part of a three-year investigation by the Center for Medical Progress.  In the video, Dr. Nucatola states while eating salad at a restaurant:

“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, ‘I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
“I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps. The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium — the head — is basically the biggest part.”

The news have been met with disgust among Pro-Life advocates, but has been mainly ignored by mainstream media. Dr. Nucatola has deleted her twitter account in light of this video.  While not really new, hopefully this revelation will wake nations up as to the evil behind this organization. Its funding needs to end immediately.

Here is the full video unedited:

March For Life 2015

Over half a million are expected to participate in this year's March For Life.  I will update this post as news of the event comes in.  Stay tuned

Update *  6PM EDT

Nearly a million marchers braved the cold in our nation's capital for the 42nd annual March for Life. The march was founded to call attention to the evils of abortion and protest the Supreme Court's decision of Roe v. Wade that made abortion legal and on demand in the nation. Since this case, generations of children have been killed in order to make the lives of those who sought abortion more "convenient."

On this same day, Republicans tried to pass bills restricting abortion.  However, president Obama has vowed to veto any bills that restrict abortion. Nevertheless, the attempt to pass the bills served the purpose to give publicity to the pro-life cause and send the message that it is not going away.

The march today went well but was disrupted near the Supreme Court by pro-abortion advocates who blocked the road and harassed pro-life marchers. Some of these hecklers were arrested for "crowding, obstructing and incommoding." Some officers refused  to remove the hecklers.  One pro-life marched ask an officer, "isn't it about time you cleared this road? He replied, "That's way above my pay grade."

As usual, the presence of young pro-life marchers was evidence. The Verizon Center was filled to capacity with young people, including seminarians, postulants, novices and aspirants to the priesthood.

March For Life 2014

It is freezing outside and a huge snow storm blanketed many states with over a foot of snow. Temperatures around the northeast range from about 5 degrees to 9 with a wind chill of -15 making it unbearable and dangerous to be outside with exposed skin.  Despite this, hundreds of thousands gathered at Washington DC for the annual March For Life event which serves to remind America of the most vulnerable and forgotten Americans: the unborn.

I will update this post as I learn more of what went on in today's march despite the media blackout and will rely on information from friends who went and EWTN.  Unfortunately, I was not able to personally attend but will hopefully make it next year.  This is an event I always try my best to attend.

Pope Francis has voiced his support via Twitter:

**UPDATE**

The March For Life was another success.  For what seems to be the first time, mainstream media outlets such as CNN made an appearance and covered the March For Life briefly.  This year's march was a bit difference.  The speeches were cut down to a few and there has been more connections made with social media.

Despite the snow and frigid temperatures, over 200,000 people showed up to march for the unborn.  In attendance were many pro-life groups as well as clergy from different denominations. The majority of attendees were young people which is a good sign.  The marchers celebrated life and the passing of over 200 pro-life laws limiting abortion as well as the closing of thousands of abortion mills throughout the country.

"Hail Satan" - Immature Pro-Abortion Fanatics

On Twitter Tuesday night, I noticed that "Hail Satan" was trending.  This caught my attention because usually something related to God trends.  I clicked on it out of curiosity and saw the article showing the video of pro-abortion supporters shouting "Hail Satan" against the singing of Amazing Grace from a pro-life group in Texas.  As usual, the trend had many trolls looking for an argument about the existence of Satan and God or seeking attention by repeating the trend; however, most were upset and criticized the chant.

I believe in freedom of speech, even if the speech is stupid.  However, this harassment of religious pro-life groups shows the immaturity on the side of those who are pro-abortion.  The fact that they stoop to this puerile behavior is disturbing.  However, this helps the pro-life movement.  The world is watching how pro-abortions are harassing a non-violent group that is singing, "Amazing Grace."  This helps give credibility to the pro-life movement which is often labeled as fascist or even terrorist in nature.

Moreover, something interesting came to mind when I watched the video in light of the big vote expected to take place in Texas regarding abortion.  One of the things an exorcist does before casting out a demon is getting it to say its name. Texas is exorcising abortion.  The demon gave its name. We can only hope and pray that the vote takes place and the abortion bill is passed so that Governor Perry can sign it and cast out the demon "Hail Satan" that has been lying to those who call themselves "pro-choice."

These pro-abortion fanatics are desperate.  They know they are losing and are trying everything to garner attention.  Calling on Satan won't change the odds.  Satan always loses.  I applaud the pro-life group for keeping their calm despite the nonsense from the pro-abortion crowd.  The best thing to do is ignore them.  They are angry and sometimes you need to let the flame put itself out.

Abortion will be removed from our society soon!  Hail Satan will turn into Praise Jesus and Hail Mary, Full of Grace!

Texas Abortion law

Things are heating up in Texas and I don't mean weather-wise.  The Texas house passed one of the most pro-life laws ever and it is causing an uproar.  Democrats and Feminists are crying out, "woman oppression!"

They feel that the GOP is governing their bodies, and to them, this is an attack against all women.  The law will ban abortions past the 20th week of gestation and will add other stipulations.

Democrats have vowed to delay the law and now senator Wendy Davis has begun a filibuster for that very purpose.  She has delayed the vote for over 10 hours and is imitating Paul Rand's filibuster a few months ago.  Davis has become an overnight celebrity of sorts with feminists and those who are liberal.  She has been trending for quite some time on twitter.

Wendy Davis has already broken rules regarding filibustering, and her charade is quickly coming to an end.  She went off topic a few times, and even stopped to put on a back brace.

What's disturbing is that a large number of feminists crowded the chambers and began to cheer.  This push for the murder of unborn children is just sickening.  Who can cheer in support of this?

Do these people know anything about embryology or biology?  The unborn offspring of a human female IS A HUMAN BEING!

UPDATE *** June 26, 2012

Wendy Davis as well as the roaring of a crowd of feminists delayed the vote.  As a result, the bill could not be passed.  However, Governor Perry has stated that he will call a special session so that the bill can pass.  It is not over yet.

Abortion hit hard

This week has been a great week for human life. Abortion has been hit hard in the United States of America. Just a few hours ago, the House passed a bill that will ban late-term abortions 228-196.  During the debate, fetal pain was discussed.  Pain has always been used to prove sentience or person hood in human beings and even non-human animals.  This is discussed heavily in philosophy.

Prior to the House vote, Governor Cuomo of New York tried to pass a bill geared towards "woman's equality" but tainted with abortion rhetoric.  The bill was thrown out.  This is being interpreted as a big loss for Cuomo who has been getting his way since he entered office.  The Catholic Church and others have protested the bill because it would have lifted almost all restrictions on abortion and would increase abortion in a state where over 40% of children are killed in abortion.

While the bill the House passed will most likely not pass the Senate, and if it did, Obama has promised to vetoed it; it still sends a strong message.  Human life is sacred and needs to be protected.  The pro-life movement will not back down and will continue to fight abortion until it is aborted from society for good.

Election day 2012

It is Election day 2012.  People are hopefully taking advantage of their right to vote.  Voting can decide whether we enjoy our rights as Americans or lose them.

Voting is an important act and should be used wisely. We can elect a good leader or a bad one.  Our conscience and intellect should be properly utilized when voting.  Our choice will have consequences that we will have to put up with and answer to before God when judgment day or death comes.

As citizens of the United States of America, we all have our individual reasons why we vote either way. However, we must not be selfish by voting for the candidate that will only service our needs.  Instead we should vote for the candidate that will bring about the common good for all not just ourselves.

Many I am sure will take this voting opportunity to elect some one they feel will better the economy and bring troops home. Perhaps we might vote because of employment, education or even immigration.  Yes, those are excellent reasons to vote on.
  • We do need an economy to survive in a world that currently uses money to perform trades and transactions.
  • Yes, we do want peace and our troops home to be with their families and friends.
  • We do want employment, good education and want to fix the immigration situation.
However, we must not forget that politicians are known for making promises that are nearly impossible to complete and mainly do so to win over voters. So we cannot rush to judgment on rhetoric or promises alone. We must be informed voters and understand each candidate's ideas and plans and if they are possible before making a choice.

Unfortunately, some will vote for a candidate because he might be older, stern and has more experience, while others may vote for another candidate because he is African American, popular, and a fresh new face in politics.  But we must stick to the common good and how either candidate will bring about them.

The current candidates for the presidency of the United States are Barack Obama and Mitt Romney.  Both offer different ideas on how to get the country going.  Both have good qualities about them and bad ones.  We must look at these and think carefully how either of these men will affect the nation as its president.

  • Does the candidate value life?  Without human life, none of the other issues would exist.
  • Does he or she believe life is sacred and precious and must never be aborted or euthanized for any reason?
  • Does the candidate value Religious Freedom?
  • Does the candidate value education for all?
  • Does the candidate value fair economics for all in every social and monetary class?
  • Does the candidate value the sacred institution of marriage between one man and one woman as God and nature intended?
  • Does the candidate value the nation's citizens and seek to genuinely assist those who are here illegally to become citizens and add to our nation's greatness?
  • Does the candidate value America's customs, its Constitution and laws above him/herself.
  • Does the candidate always put America's protection first especially in a time of war and terrorism?

These are some of the questions we must ask when choosing a candidate to vote for. God gave us a conscience so we must put it to use and vote for the candidate that will bring about the common good, not just focus on one area or present an ulterior motive. This is the moral thing to do.

  • We should not vote for a candidate solely based on gender, color, religion, speaking skills, charisma, voting record, interest in helping the rich or the poor, etc.
  • Color should not matter, nor speaking skills since speeches are written by others not the candidate.
  • Charisma is important to draw attention, but the presidency is a serious job and not for a entertainment.
  • Voting record is important, but those votes are in the past and what matters is the candidate's current platform.
  • A candidate should be focused on all, rich and poor.
  • Religion should not matter as long as he respects the Judeo/Christian values and views of this nation and does not impose his own doctrines into the government process.

This election is an extremely important one.  Our nation is going downhill fast and on the road to the situation Greece is facing.  Many of our rights are being restricted, in particular: religious freedom.

Let us vote for a good candidate who will protect all, the unborn, the born, people of all ages, races, gender, religion, orientation and social class. Let us vote for some one who will follow the law in a moral way and not try to legislate his views from the Oval office and try to rewrite social norms such as marriage or when a person should live and die.

God bless America and may the best candidate for our current time win and have great success in bringing about the common good.

Mississippi Judge Blocks Law

A Mississippi judge has blocked a law that would have protected women from Abortion which kills and hurts many of them.  The law would have forced clinics to require a doctor to be a OB-GYN and have the privilege of admitting patients to any local hospital.

Those who are Anti-life oppose the law claiming it will get rid of the only clinic left in the state.  Their priority is so clear.  They obviously prefer to stay in business instead of making sure women come out of their clinics alive.

Women must realize that this is the real "war on women."   A woman's body is being used as a cash cow under the guise of "women's rights" and "bodily autonomy."

Planned Parenthood Defunded in Penn?

Planned Parenthood in Pennsylvania might be defunded.  We can only hope and pray that this is the case.  This evil empire of death must be shut down.  How many more women and children will be killed or injured before the government steps in?

Komen vs Planned Parenthood

Recently the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation - a organization which seeks to find a cure for breast cancer- decided to stop grants to Planned Parenthood.  As expected, a huge uproar came from liberals and others who felt that the Komen Foundation was being pressured by so-called "Pro-Life" politics.

The move was praised by those who are for life, but unfortunately the decision was reversed.  A senior official of the foundation was also forced to resign under the pressure from Pro Abortion advocates.

Studies have shown that abortion can cause breast cancer.  That being said, it defeats the purpose to fund something that causes the disease you want to cure.

Can a believer in God be Pro Abortion?

Can a believer in God be Pro Abortion or so called "ProChoice?"   The answer is no.  God is FOR LIFE.  He is a Creator, not a destroyer.

Yes we read about God chastising the world here and there but that is done out of justice not evil or for the sole reason because He is God and can punish.  God doesn't kill anyone or anything.  He merely takes back that which He gave: Life.   Life does not belong to us.  It belongs to God.  If life belonged to us, then we would have total power of when we are conceived and when we die.

Think about it.  How can the owner of a particular thing steal it?  How can Da Vinci steal his Mona Lisa artwork?  The word steal only applies to a stranger who never had legitimate possession of a particular object.  He or she took something that was legitimately the possession of another, so therefore that is stealing.  When God takes life, He is not killing it.  The life belongs to Him and He is just taking it back.

God will always be FOR Life.  No benevolent God would ever advocate the destruction of human life, particularly those that are preborn and innocent.  Pagan gods invented by primitive peoples often demanded child sacrifices.  The One True God does not.  He Creates Life out of Pure Love.  As Deuteronomy 30:19 says:

"This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live"

Choose life!  It is a mandate from God the Creator.

If anyone claims to be a believer of God and supports Abortion, he or she is living a lie and contradiction.  He or she does not represent God.  As 1 John 2:3-6 says:

"We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him:Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did."

Canada Fears Female Feticide

Canada is now fearing that abortions will increase among Asian immigrants due to the evil practice of Female Feticide in their native countries.  Since Canada has easy access to abortion, Canada is concerned that its abortion industry will be used to get rid of unborn females in an attempt to control gender distribution.  The nation is proposing to withhold the gender of the child until after 30 weeks of gestation.

Ironically a Pro Abortion feminist described abortion as killing. Gwendolyn Landolt of the REAL Women of Canada said,  "Is it a right to know the gender of your child if you are going to use this information to kill it?"

They know they are advocating the murder of innocent children.  The ProChoice delusion and distortion of facts is unfortunate.

Where are the Feminists?  Where are the Pro-Abortion/Choice advocates?  Why are they silent on this issue of Female Feticide?

Abortion will always be an evil no matter how any one ignorantly sugar coats it.  There is nothing productive in killing an unborn child.  It does not solve problems, nor does it help any nation.

Texas Law on Ultrasound before abortion

A Federal Appeals court said that showing/describing an Ultrasound image of an Unborn child before an abortion does not violate the Constitution nor infringe on the "rights" of women or abortionists.

This is a big victory for the Pro-Life movement and for Good.  A woman seeking an abortion in Texas will see what she is allowing to be killed: a human life.  This will hopefully activate her conscience and save a human life - or more if there are twins involved.

I love how the Justice worded it.  Chief Judge Edith Jones wrote in the decision:

"The required disclosures of a sonogram, the fetal heartbeat, and their medical descriptions are the epitome of truthful, non-misleading information."

"...their medical descriptions are the epitome of truthful, non-misleading information," in other words, the images contain the reality of the Unborn child and that reality is not misleading.  Rep. Sheila  D. must read Judge Jones' decision and realize that a pregnant woman is carrying a human baby, not a "sound."  See my other blog: http://sacerdotvs.blogspot.com/2011/10/biology-illiterate-politician.html

Pro-Abortion advocates who call themselves "ProChoice" try hard to distort science by claiming that the Unborn are not human, but instead are blobs of cells, and other ridiculous claims.  I addressed some I read on Twitter in a previous blog which has been very popular and helped change minds and hearts of ProChoice advocates, see:  http://sacerdotvs.blogspot.com/2011/10/prochoice-debunked.html

Little by little, Abortion will be a thing of the past.  It will be a barbaric procedure that will be seen by future generations as a shame for our current time, a legislative mistake that should never be repeated if we are to call ourselves civilized.
