Fry them Gays! - NC Pastor
A fanatical preacher from North Carolina recently said in a sermon that gays and lesbians should be herded into an electrified pen and killed off. Charles L. Worley of the Providence Road Baptist Church is under fire for his angry and violent statement.
This preacher is not preaching Christ. He is preaching his own hate. While I myself am accused of hate, I would never say something evil as this guy has. The difference between me in the Catholic Church and this preacher is that I attack the behavior, not the people. Homosexuals are human beings. They are not lacking in human dignity. They too are in made God's image and deserve respect.
To say that homosexuals should be placed in an electrified pen and killed off is evil. Jesus doesn't command anyone to save a sinner by killing him/her. We convert people by the way we live the Gospel.
This preacher needs a lesson in tolerance and a real lesson on the Gospel.
