
Trump's in-your-face personality and no-holds-bar approach has been more popular with Republican voters. Even some Democrats have voted for him in the primaries. Trump now leads with 1,047 delegates and is clearly the nominee while Cruz left with 565 and Kasich stubbornly remains in the race with only 153 delegates. Sanders surprisingly won Indiana as well keeping him somewhat alive in the race in regards to the democratic convention since does not have enough delegates. Clinton just needs a few more delegates to be the presumptive nominee.
