Trump Removes Obama's Bathroom Policy

President Trump has rolled back Obama's policy allowing transgender students to use the bathroom of their choice on the federal level, leaving it up to States to decide what to do.  The policy had come under fire from parents and others worried that their children would be victims of abuse, rape or voyeurism.  Any boy can say he is a girl just to get access to the girl's locker room, bathroom and/or showers. This is dangerous indeed!  Attorney General Jeff Sessions agreed with Trump's decision citing that Obama did not make a sufficient legal case to allow such a policy.

Many are mentioning Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 which states: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."  The problem with using this federal law is that the law mentions "sex," not gender.  Activists for gender theory argue that gender and sex are not the same things, therefore, this law is not applicable to those with gender dysphoria.  Hopefully, Trump's policy will remain intact. Many parents are concerned about this issue.

California Transgender Law

California has lost its social mind. First it legalizes so-called "gay marriage" and even fights the people's vote saying no to it; now it has passed a law allowing 'Transgender children' to pick whatever bathroom, locker room or sports team they want to use. Governor Jerry Brown signed the bill into law which originated from assembly man Tom Ammiano. The bill AB1266 will take effect on Jan. 1, 2014.

Many people are protesting this bill citing it to be dangerous.  Any child can now claim he is a 'boy' or 'girl' when convenient.  This will open the doors to many problems such as; sexual assaults and voyeurism.  How can a young girl go to the bathroom or undress in a locker room with a guy present who thinks he is a girl?  Moreover, boys will pretend to be girls just to get a peek at some naked girls!  The same will occur with girls who will want to go to a boy's bathroom or locker room to see naked boys.  Has the world gone mad?

All these ideas come from "gender theory" which is being pushed on academia and the social sciences.  It is a theory that postulates that gender is merely a social construct and that there is no such thing as a 'male' or 'female.'

Prop 8 vs SCOTUS

Today the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of The United States) is hearing the case for and against so-called "gay marriage."  This is an important issue in American and in human society as a whole.

The undoing of society can take place with much ease and with the "blessing" of the court.  It is a scary moment indeed.

The family is the cell of society.  Without the family, society will collapse.  Families have changed throughout time do to different circumstances; however, the natural core family unit is that of mother, father and child.  A father is of course the male and the mother is the female.

I have to make this clear because in today's world, errors such as "gender theory" attempt to erase gender in the human species.  We somehow "decide" whether we are male or female despite having the genotype dictating sex via the chromosomes XX and XY.  XX for female and XY for male. Some might mention other variations and claim that "male" and "female" are not the only genders; however, they forget to mention that these are genetic abnormalities.  

History shows that societies that have accommodated homosexuality did not last long.
