However, a few weeks ago (April 2, 2014), someone created a new account @R0saRub1c0nd10r and is continuing his abuse and spamming behavior.
Please report it to Twitter support.twitter.com/forms and click the spam report button on each tweet of his.

You're not supposed to make a new account while under suspension nor use Twitter to harass others. He will use this account to harass, abuse, spam, impersonate and break copyright and trademark laws.
