Requirements to be on live or pre-recorded broadcast:
- Send email showing interest a week before broadcast.
- Give a brief introduction via email.
- Show an ID verifying a legitimate identity prior to broadcast via email or webcam (not aired).
- No pseudonyms or alter-egos. Only real legal names.
- Show proof of academic credentials if you are claiming expertise in an area of academia.
- Webcam not necessary unless you want to use it.
- No tampering with app controls or microphone. Doing so will get you ejected.
- No swearing, "salty language," rudeness. All must be civil.
- Must wait for your turn to speak and use polite interrupting words (excuse me, pardon me, etc). Warnings will be given if this rule is not followed prior to ejection.
- Must back up claims with appropriate evidence. No Wikipedia or personal sites. Only edu domains, peer-review journals or published reputable books.
